The Speaker waived the State Affairs Committee referral for the                
following at the request of Representative James, Chair:                       
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 236                                                           
"An Act establishing Prisoners of War and Missing in Action                   
Recognition Days and Women Veterans Day; and providing for an
